Our group works on AI:centric projects for Deloitte internal customers. We aim to delight users by delivering innovative applications that leverage current and emerging technologies. What will your typical day look like? As a part of this team, you will: Guide research and development efforts and evangelize new technologies. Act as a technical SME across multiple domains including cloud based PAAS solutions, full stack development, and Generative AI. Lead project teams of up to 6 developers across multiple channels. Keep the team motivated by encouraging teaming and sharing of best practices. Work in a hybrid style with 80 : 20 ratio, where 80 is Lead Developer/Technical Architect role and 20 is project team operations. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and work with the team to determine the best technical solution. Work with all the developers to maintain document repository / code library and take complete ownership to keep it up to date. Manage the day:to:day operations of the project team including work assignment, driving operational processes, quality assurance and customer service standards. Build rapport with the stakeholders and other key customers; coordinate and maintain internal and external communication with key stakeholders. Coach and manage team members.
