Monitor and coordinate all operational activities, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and regulatory requirements. 2. Team Leadership: 1. Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals responsible for coordinating airport operations. 2. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team achieves high-quality service delivery. 3. Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service. 3. Partner and Vendor Negotiations: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and transportation providers. 2. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure cost-effective and high-quality services. 3. Ensure partners and vendors meet contractual obligations. 4. Recruitment and Training: 1. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for efficient operations coordination. 2.
