Job Requirements · High School Diploma. · A valid insurance license by the insurance governing body in Canada. · Prior experience as an insurance advisor, broker, or in a similar role would be an asset. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. · Proficiency in mathematics and the ability to accurately calculate premiums, refunds, commissions, and adjustments. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. · Commitment to continuous professional development through attendance at training sessions, team meetings, and other learning opportunities.
