At this time, we are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare financial forecasts, evaluate market risks, and provide advice and recommendations to senior management · Oversee financial control aspects of multiple construction projects · Prepare financial analysis of each project necessary for effective decision making · Review financial data and convert it into useful information for project management decisions · Conduct detailed analysis of project financial actuals, cash flow, estimates, and budgets · Advise on the financial aspects of contracts · Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets · Communicate with the Controller of Finance on a regular basis and advise of anticipated issues · Develop and update financial policies · Update customers, management and board on market risk and opportunities.
