In this role you will: stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : Lead and mentor a team of senior business analysts, ensuring high:quality analysis and documentation standards. : Manage full lifecycle requirements gathering and documentation for enhancements, integrations, and regulatory projects within the wealth management domain. : Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define solutions aligned with strategic goals. : Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and analyze complex processes to extract business and technical requirements. : Author detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes. : Use SQL to query databases, validate data requirements, perform gap analysis, and support data:driven decision:making. : Partner with development and QA teams to validate technical designs and ensure test coverage aligns with requirements. : Leverage your knowledge of Canadian wealth management operations such as onboarding, trade execution, fee processing, and regulatory compliance. : Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, tools, and templates. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
