Job Description
DDUK BAE KIE, an ethnic Korean Restaurant located in Valemount in BC seeks a Permanent and F/T FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR.
Duties:
· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff
· Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
· Estimate and order supplies required.
· Establish procedures so that staffs are able to do their tasks and meet their schedules.
· Establish work schedules for staff.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Train staff with their respective job duties in particular sanitation and safety procedures.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Resolve work-related problems.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1~2 years of work experience in a related field
Proficiency English.
$18.50~$20.00 per hour based on 30~40 hours per week
