The Restaurant Assistant Manager is passionate about ensuring that Team Members provide our guests a superior dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. In this role, you will use your leadership skills to set an example for Team Members by creating great experiences for both them and our guests and by implementing shift plans that provide strong coverage and smooth production.
