Key objective of the position is to provide customer satisfaction at all times. Job duties are as follows but not limited to: · Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff · Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs · Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise · Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner · Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement · Manage pricing for all new inventory and communicate price changes to staff · Train new staff as needed · Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed · Manage car wash · Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Petro-Canada branded dealer · Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: · Secondary school education · Minimum 7 months - 1 year previous work experience in retail sales or customer service at supervisor or managerial level Additional Qualifications: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including morning, afternoon, graveyard and evening shifts.
