Employment Conditions: Day; Evening; Morning; Overtime; Shift; Weekend JOB REQUIREMENTS: Language: English Education: Secondary school graduation certificate Experience: 2 - 3 retail service industry with some on Supervisory level Job Duties: · Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the retail store by planning, organizing, and managing daily functions, including sales, staffing, and customer service. · Monitor and manage inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels through FIFO (First In, First Out) and Just-in-Time ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. · Implement effective merchandising strategies focused to enhance product visibility and drive sales. · Enforce and adhere to store-specific Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. · Conduct and maintain records of weekly, monthly, and annual inspections to ensure store compliance with operational standards. · Develop and implement budget strategies to optimize store resources and maximize profitability. · Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure inventory aligns with customer demand, enhancing sales potential. · Monitor competitor pricing and trends, providing regular updates to management to maintain competitive positioning in the market. · Engage with local businesses and the community to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales. · Handle customer complaints and liaise with the corporate customer service department to ensure prompt resolution of any issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
