INTRODUCTION: The Senior Manager, Business Operations contributes to the overall success of ScotiaMcLeod Sales Management, Business Operations in Canadian Wealth Management in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. They ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING In this role you will: stylemargin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. : Provide expertise and guidance to ScotiaMcLeod Branch Managers and Wealth Advisors with the development, monitoring and execution of succession, contingency and retirement planning. : Provide guidance support to Regional Directors and Branch Managers on Advisor Agreements by developing and delivering Advisor Partnership Agreements. : Effectively manage policies and procedures on ScotiaMcLeod's Succession program and Advisor agreements. : Contribute to Business Operations projects and initiatives.
