JOB DUTIES · Examine ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements · Collect samples of products at various stages of processing · Perform various tests to verify quality parameters of food products · Operate laboratory equipment and perform regular maintenance · Participate in development of quality assurance standards and programs · Maintain proper documentation of tests, inspections, quality audits and compliance checks · Verify accuracy and completeness of data for analytical work · Team up with production personnel to address quality concerns and provide training · Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
