About the Opportunity This role will lead innovative design solutions that enhance user experience. You will work across cross:functional teams to deliver high:quality, optimized, and accessible designs tailored to user needs. User:Centered Design : Act as an advisor on UX/UI best practices, helping ensure consistency and quality across projects. : Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. : Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions. Prototyping and Development Support : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and support business objectives. : Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into production, addressing any technical constraints. : Provide feedback on UI implementation, identifying areas for refinement. Optimization and Accessibility : Optimize interfaces for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and best practices. : Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving project requirements. About the Opportunity Continued Cross:Team Collaboration : Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align UX/UI with broader project goals. : Present design rationale to teams, ensuring user experience considerations are well understood. : Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve solutions. Mentorship and Team Support : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid:level designers, fostering skill development. : Offer constructive design critiques and help refine workflows. : Support the Manager in scaling best practices across the team. About You We would love to hear from you if you have the following: : Bachelors degree in Design, Human:Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or another related program required : 5+ years' professional experience in UI/UX design on both web and mobile platforms required : Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch : Basic knowledge of front:end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) an asset : Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or PageSen
