Biomechanical factors governing physical workload and motor performance. Circadian rhythms and shift work. Measurement and specification of heat, light, and sound with respect to design of the work environment. The influence of practical and psychosocial factors on workplace ergonomic decision:making. Minimum qualifications: Applicants should have a strong record of presenting lectures or acting as a teaching assistant. Applicants must be able to demonstrate considerable depth of knowledge and experience in the subject area. All applicants should have excellent communication skills : both oral and written. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Limited License (LEL) is strongly preferred. Engineering Intern (EIT) is also acceptable.
