You'll work under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, and in close coordination with external third parties (e.g., programmers, hardware and desktop support specialists, VARs) to execute your key responsibilities. ?ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESA critical part of the role will be to oversee the certification software platform. You will ensure the smooth operation of the system while leading and project managing the ongoing development and implementation of new features and improvements to the platform. Practically speaking, you will: Oversee the development and delivery of IM/IT products, programs, tools, materials, education and trainingDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance high-quality software solutionsDevelop and maintain queries, dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to support business needs and strategic prioritiesDevelop and operationalize governance frameworks, policies, procedures, standards, and roadmaps as they relate to the technology infrastructure, applications, and dataEnsure the stability, scalability, availability, and security of the technology infrastructure, systems, and processesProvide guidance for IM/IT staff and contractors on all aspects of IM/IT infrastructureManage relationships with IM/IT vendors, external contractors, and clientsContribute to budgeting and project management activitiesMonitor technology trends, developments, and advancements?WHO WE NEEDThis role requires someone who can think out of the box, roll up their sleeves and get the work done with vigour and excitement. We are looking for someone with the following.?QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5-10 years of IT and technology experience, with demonstrated leadership and management skillsSignificant knowledge of IT enterprise systems (IT infrastructure, cloud migration, software development)Proven experience leading IT planning, innovation, operations, project management, change management, and development across different functional groupsProven experience with Microsoft stack (Office 365 and ideally Azure, Dynamics, and PowerBI)Experience with SQL a must.
