As a Truck Drivers Supervisor, you will perform some or all of the following duties: Truck Drivers Supervisor perform some or all the following duties: · Supervise, co- ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate trucks transport vehicles. · Co-ordinate assign and review work. · Establish methods to meet work schedules and co- ordinate work activities with other departments. · Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance. · Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies · Dispatch truck drivers and monitor rotes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems. · Organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. · Order Material, equipment and supplies. · Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
