Permanent Position: Operations Manager - Administrative Services (NOC #10019)

Location: 7792 117 Street Delta, BC V4C 6A5
Wage Rate: $50 Hourly, for 30 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: several years of experience in similar field required
Languages: English
Type of Industry Experience: Administrative
Job Duties:
· To plan, coordinate, and direct a broad range of services that allow business operations to operate efficiently
· Co-ordinate & organize the activities of various departments like, security, maintenance etc.
· Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
· Make sure work deadlines are met
· Develop, manage, and monitor records
· Ensure the safety and security of company's facility.
· Recommend changes to policies or procedures in order to improve operations.
· Manage the recruitment of staff & arrange training for them accordingly.
· Oversee the maintenance, replacements, upgrading and repair of equipment as required
· Ensure that business meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations
· Direct and control company governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.
