As an SAP Human Resources professional, you will be part of a collaborative team that spans across Canada. Your main responsibilities will involve engaging with the clients directly and analyzing HR technology issues faced by them and developing effective solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM functionality, as well as a strong knowledge of S/4HANA Time processes. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that our clients initiatives are effectively supported by the SAP S/4HANA platform, driving employee engagement and organizational growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating functional design documents and workbooks, configuring the system, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and functionality, and developing support models to meet current and future business needs. Your involvement will extend throughout the entire implementation lifecycle of SAP HCM projects, allowing you to effectively manage our clients needs. Enough about us, let's talk about you :You have multiple years of hands:on experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA Time and/or SAP ECC Time. :Familiarity with SAP HCM S/4 Time interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules and third party integrations. :Experience in at least one end:to:end implementation of SAP HCM S/4 Time. :Effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into system configurations. :Strong analytical and problem:solving skills are necessary to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions. :Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks, even in situations where priorities may change. :Work collaboratively with other team members within the project and the organization. :Ability to develop and educate junior team members on both technical and consulting soft skills. :Flexible to travel to the client site or into the Deloitte local office. :Flexibility to provide coverage in the clients tim
