Job Duties:
- Plan and direct menu preparation and cooking activities.
- Source and arrange ingredients suppliers.
- Create and invent new recipes.
- Ensure food meets quality standards.
- Estimate food cost and labour cost of restaurant.
- Supervisor all activities occurring in the kitchen.
- Arrange for kitchen equipment purchases and repairs.
