ABOUT THE ROLE TransAlta is seeking a Civil, Mining or Environmental Engineering Co:op Student to join our team for a 12:month co:op term starting in July or August 2025. Reporting directly to the Manager, Technical Services, you will be responsible for helping with a wide range of mine reclamation planning and environmental activities at the site. This position will be located out of Highvale Mine, to the south of Wabamun Lake, approximately 65 kilometers west of Edmonton, Alberta. Please note that this is a safety sensitive position, and the successful candidate will be required to pass pre:employment testing as a condition of employment.
