As the Senior Manager, Deposits Growth and Transformation, you will contribute to the overall success of the Canadian Retail Deposits and Investments team in Canada, ensuring special individual goals, plans and initiatives are delivered in support of business strategies and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Deposits Domain and delivery of its initiatives to drive product growth and optimization, and to enhance our client experience. In this role, you will: stylemargin:bottom:1.0px;margin:top:1.0px: : Support oversight of the Deposits Domain and its initiatives balancing business value, risks, and resources : Develop KPIs and reporting framework to measure success and identify areas for improvement : Partner with Technology and Project Management leads to validate funding spend and accuracy of forecast, technology team velocity, and raise risks/blockers in a timely manner : Manage domain governance and prepare regular updates for senior leaders (e.g., dashboard, steerco meetings, etc.) : Assist in designing and implementing the Deposits Domain roadmap and support SIP planning process : Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day:to:day activities and decisions : Champion a high performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
