Experience: Previous 1-2 experience in a particular area of cleaning is assets, it does not have to be supervisory. Job Duties: · Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met in banquet hall; · Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaners. · Suggest and arrange for additional services required such as painting, renovation, replacement of furnishings and repair etc. · Inspect facility on regular basis and schedule cleaners accordingly. · Hire and train cleaning staff; · Perform certain cleaning duties when required with fellow cleaners. · Arrange all the equipment, tools and cleaning supply. · Keep record of all expenses and prepare budget.
