Samara Framing Ltd. is looking to hire 3 Drywall Installers to join its' team as soon as possible Job Duties · Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings · Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists · Cut and install metal corner beads in order to protect exterior corners · Using a trowel and broad knife, fill holes, joints, cracks and nail indentations with joint compound · Allow coat to dry and smooth out excessive compound · Sand seams and joints, as well as applying successive coats of compound · Fabricate and install metal ceiling grids, place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings Job Requirements · Completion of secondary school · On the job training will be provided Job Terms · Job Location: Based in 5537 185A Street, Surrey, British Columbia - V3S 8S1 and Various Locations across the Lower Mainland · Wages: $34.90 per hour · Hours: 40 hours per week, Full time, Permanent position Free transportation provided by employer Aboriginals and new immigrants who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply for the position!!
