Job Responsibilities · Move tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to the work site. · Help electricians install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, including lighting fixtures, switches, relays, circuit breakers, and communication systems. · Cut, strip, and bend wires to the appropriate length, and drill holes to push or pull wiring through openings using hand and power drills. · Comply with all safety protocols on the job site, ensuring that the workspace is hazard-free. · Clean up job sites, properly disposing of any hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations. · Assist with testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance with local and federal electrical codes. · Assist with troubleshooting of electrical systems, identifying issues and potential solutions. · Perform other duties on the work site as instructed, showing flexibility and willingness to do so. Job Requirements · No prior experience is required. Training will be provided on the job. · Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time. · Ability to work with small, precise parts and handle tools with dexterity. · Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete precise tasks. · Commitment to all safety standards and protocols. · Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to comprehend instructions. · Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
