Description: Position: Food Service Supervisor Position Available: 1 Wage: $20.00 per hour Duration: 40 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Anticipated start date: As soon as possible Work Location: 2285- 160th Street Unit E3 Surrey, BC V4A 9N6 Job Duties: · Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, · Ensure food service and quality control, · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, · Prepare and submit reports, · Supervise and check assembly of trays, · Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys · Establish work schedules · Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures · Prepare budget and cost estimates · Address customers' complaints or concerns Job Requirements: Language: English Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
