Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability. · Allocate resources - material, human, or financial--to execute organizational policies and initiatives, endorse promotional endeavors, and oversee human resources planning. Monitoring and controlling costs associated with security operations, including personnel costs, equipment expenses, and overheads. Implementing cost-saving initiatives, efficiency improvements, and budget controls to optimize profitability and resource utilization. · Recruit, hire, and train security personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and certifications to perform their duties effectively. Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and standards, including licensing requirements and privacy regulations. · Develop and implement protocols for responding to security incidents and emergencies to ensure swift and effective resolution. · Maintain high standards of service quality and performance. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations. · Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles. · Choose and Recruit supervisors and team leaders and set up a stratification for employees and empower them with requisite authority, and foster conducive work environments. · Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments. Prepare regular reports and documentation on the company's performance, financial status, key operational metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members to present the findings to the director and providing feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional development. · Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact the company's performance or financial stability. This includes market risks, credit risks, operational risks, and compliance risks. · Serve as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or appoint delegates for such responsibilities.
