Specific Skills
· Carry out administrative activities of establishment
· Strong ability to take initiative, create work priorities, and make sure that the deadlines are met.
· Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
· Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures,
· Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others
· Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
· Coordinates with other departments to assist in administrative related tasks.
· May act as lead to other administrative staff ensuring smooth workflow, and assist in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes and clarifies as appropriate.
· May oversee record maintenance.
