Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC: 62010) Job Location: 12473 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3V 3K3 Wage: $22.60/Hour, 35 hours/week Positions available: 1 Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Start: As soon as possible Your duties will include: · Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff and Automotive detailers. · Prepare their work schedules and assign them duties. · Make sure the cars in stock are clean, well-kept, and ready for sale. · Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, and complaints. · Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. · Provide training to newly hired staff and monitor and report their performance. · Ensure promotions, store displays, and signs are properly installed. Job Requirements · Must have at least one year of related work experience. · Completion of high school is required. · Must have basic knowledge of English.
