Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Work location: 2036 W 41st Ave, Vancouver, BC V6M 1Y8 Work hours: 30~40 hours/week Compensation: $28.85/hour Benefit: In each calendar year, you will be entitled to ten (10) days' vacation which is calculated on your earnings at a rate of 4% We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join us. 6¦1 Managing appointments, scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed, and coordinating with other staff members. 6¦1 Establishing work priorities and ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed. 6¦1 Maintaining and updating client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information, and organizing files and records for retrieval. 6¦1 Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and document tracking. 6¦1 Assisting in preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. 6¦1 Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. 6¦1 Determining and establishing office procedures and policies. 6¦1 Performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
