Job Duties: Evaluate the business and plan a strategy for operations and sales. Manage staff and assign duties Make order of inventory of merchandise according to the requirement of the store. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs Resolve customer complaints. Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
