Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive business development strategy focused on revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational efficiency. 2. Regularly monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities and establish both short­term and long-term business goals that align with Home Idol's overall corporate objectives. 3. Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs and preferences, translating findings into actionable business plans to Identify and explore new market segments, geographic regions, and product lines that support Home Idol's growth strategy. 4. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPis) and conduct regular financial reviews to assess profitability, pricing strategies, and return on investment (ROI) for all business development initiatives. 5. Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of all warehouse locations, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities, and areas for improvement. Guide store managers in developing and executing strategies to boost sales effectiveness, providing actionable insights to ensure each location achieves its sales targets. 6. Work closely with the marketing department managers to set and execute promotion targets and KPis aimed at attracting new customers and growing existing accounts. 7. Develop and manage the business development budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and making adjustments as necessary to meet growth targets and maintain profitability. 8. Conduct regular meetings with the executive team to provide updates on progress and performance. And adjust business strategies as needed to stay responsive to evolving company goals and market conditions. 9. Act as the primary point of contact for significant business accounts and high-value partnerships, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining long­term partnerships for mutual business growth. 10. Negotiate partnership agreements, distribution deals, and joint ventures that drive profitability and competitive advantage. 11. Represent Home Idol at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand recognition and promote our products and services. 12. Hire and mentor the business development team and department managers, setting clear goals and expectations to drive their performance and success.
