Heres how aField Engineer/Coordinatorfor our BC Regionoffice contributes to our team: Responsibilities :Assists with updating drawings and specifications. :Documents field records for quality, production, labor, and materials. :Assists with inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities. :Prepares quantity takeoffs. :Assists in monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections. :Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures. :Assists the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes and billings and workforce planning :Assists with schedules and monitoring performance. :Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications :Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade or a related field. :0:1 years of progressive experience as field coordinator is preferred. :Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures. :Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. :Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners. :Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
