Job Title: Home Child Care Provider Wage: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience) Working Hours: 30 hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Temporary Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible Position Available: 5 Benefit: 10 business days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay + Extend Healthcare after 3 months of Probation Working Location: 998 Harbourside Dr #202, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3T2 (Work in client's home) Job Duties: · Oversee and look after children with responsibility; · Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times in the home; · Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks; · Assist with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and toileting (incl. preparing formulas and changing diapers); · Plan and engage in activities supporting children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development; · Implement behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement; · Provide regular updates to parents on their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns; · Administer first aid and medications as needed; · Maintain a clean environment and guide children on personal hygiene; · May keep the daily activity record and health condition information of each child.
