Client Engagement and Solution Leadership: Partner with clients to understand business objectives, model processes, and design end:to:end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Guide clients through digital transformation journeys and deliver measurable value. Technical Solution Architecture: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 applications (including Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Center, and AI/Copilot capabilities). Ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements. Delivery Management: Oversee and mentor technical delivery teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
