We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, and to expand our brand and build customer relationships. The main responsibilities include developing advertising campaigns, maximizing profits, expanding the brand through franchising, and building and maintaining strong public relations and brand image. This is a full-time permanent position. Preferred candidates would have the knowledge and experience to fulfill the position's needs. Type: Full-time, permanent Compensation: $53.85 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week Benefits: company benefits plus three weeks of paid vacation Work Location: Vancouver BC Responsibilities: Promote Caffe Artigiano through various marketing campaigns and events, optimize full end-to-end marketing programs that enable the business to scale Act as Project Manager for all campaign roll outs, initiatives, and programming Identify relevant local advertising opportunities. Increase brand awareness and market share through targeted advertising campaigns, media pitches, partnership and sponsorship opportunities Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by conducting/directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives Plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies for Caffe Artigiano, including advertising, promotions, exhibitions, sponsorships, etc. Direct sales by collecting data and conducting market research about Caffe Artigiano Research trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas to expand brand image to be an iconic Vancouver brand Speak and represent Caffe Artigiano in public events, develop potential marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness Identify growth opportunities based on regional competitive analysis Develop new approaches for building brand awareness and community engagement, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources Develop partnerships with enterprises for private events for our various locations Develop partnerships through franchising to expand Caffe Artigiano's brand name Develop franchise strategies to attract more partners to join Caffe Artigiano, and to expand the brand to more geographical areas in Canada and internationally Develop more wholesale solutions through various strategies with the position of a premium coffee solution company Manage collaborations, and work with partners, influencers, and partnered brands Manage and optimize our website for maximum visibility and user experience Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage potential and existing customers and establish positive public relations Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow Caffe Artigiano's social following organically and increase brand awareness Reinforce brand, customer and staff experience Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer needs and behaviours, grasp market trends and competitor dynamics, and provide data support for marketing strategy formulation Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance, address problems for improvements Monthly reports for CEO and BOD.
