We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Finance Transformation, with extensive experience in designing and configuring core financial modules. This role requires a professional who can lead finance functional teams and drive successful implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full:cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Finance, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. - Design and configure core financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA). - Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements through design workshops and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. - Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, leveraging best practices to optimize financial processes and systems. - Lead finance functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and successful project outcomes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all financial processes and implementations. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
