Position Details

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with Moon Dental Lab's commitment to quality and customized dental technology solutions.
-Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and equipment while ensuring competitive pricing and reliability.
-Monitor stock levels of dental materials and lab supplies to ensure uninterrupted production, balancing cost efficiency with the need for timely replenishment.
-Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to forecast material requirements based on current and upcoming projects.
-Ensure that all procured materials meet the lab's quality standards and adhere to applicable regulatory and industry guidelines.
-Analyze purchasing data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts that optimize the budget without compromising quality.
-Lead initiatives to streamline the purchasing process, implementing best practices and technology solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
-Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring clarity on service levels, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Qualifications:
-A university degree in business administration or a related discipline
-3 to 5 years of related experience required
