Student Recruiter - Post-secondary Education (International Student Recruiter) Great Tiger (KW Edu Consulting) is an educational consulting services provider in Waterloo, Ontario. We are looking for an International Student Recruiter who will be responsible for recruitment activities and providing bilingual services to international students from South Korea. PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assess and develop marketing strategies and activities for advertisement and promotion · Coordinate implementation of promotional campaigns through various medium · Attend educational fairs and events and initiate business development activity to promote and create networking in South Korea · Research, identify and understand needs of prospective students · Respond to inquiries from all potential international students and agencies and guide through the recruitment cycle · Connect and build networks with clients, parents, other agencies, and schools · Meet and exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly starts, referrals, targets, and objectives SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: · 2+ years' recruitment in professional education sector especially for international students (South Korea) · Must have an experience in sales and recruitment for international student · Completion of a college diploma program or an equivalent combination of work experience in the field of recruitment and marketing · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written · Ability to multi-task and work under pressure · Candidates must be able to travel internationally and must possess valid travel documents WORKING CONDITIONS: · Some work activities will occur after normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends · Willing to travel to South Korea regularly LANGUAGE OF WORK: English, Korean JOB LOCATION: Great Tiger (KW Edu Consulting) 803 Autumn Willow Drive Waterloo, ON N2V 0C3 POSITION TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time- 30 hours per week Salary $4,000 (CAD) monthly Incremental raise available based on company profit We thank you for your interest, however, please take note that we will be contacting only those candidates that have been selected for the next steps.
