Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence : Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails : Monitor all entrants to facility : Ask for Photo ID for all visitors. : Monitor inside and outside of facility by camera and patrols. Giving directions to visitors. : Perform environmental checks : water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc. Contact maintenance for any lighting, heating and other problems. : Contact departments for any visitors going to various offices.
