Collecting and analyzing the data trends and making key recommendations to the business on improvements to enhance the business processes which result in higher level of customer and employee satisfaction. Evaluating the data collected through internal systems, business process, surveys, and workshops. You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and solved customer incidents You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in the SAP Community by Answering Questions, Writing Blogs, etc; Providing suggestions/recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience based on data analysis. Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows. 3-5 years professional or practical work experience in a similar position Knowledge of ERP/ CRM process and document creation. Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in fluent English. Strong problem resolution skills with good decision making and analytical skills. Good customer interaction skills. Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones.
