We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Business Analyst - looking for someone with Pharma/Regulatory process knowledge who can quickly get up to speed with minimal knowledge sharing from the Dev team •           Analyze M&A data to identify relevant information. •           Collaborate with business stakeholders from both companies to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the data analysis findings. •           Assist the project manager in documenting meetings, including capturing meeting minutes, action items, and decisions made during the integration process. •           Coordinate high-level project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. •           Set up and facilitate meetings between business stakeholders. •           Monitor and report project status, identifying potential risks or issues that may impact the integration process. •           Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. •           Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process. •           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. •           Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with experience in mergers and acquisitions. •           Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify relevant information. •           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. •           Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and prior experience in merger and acquisition projects is a plus. •           Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. •           Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •           Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. •           Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. •           Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
