Qualification/Experience: M/MBA Finance/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter : 6 to 9 years Job Description and Skill Requirement: Pre:close : Prepare schedules / Journals / GL Analysis Month close : Journals / Consolidations Post close : Prepare and approve reconciliations / Reporting Other activities : Treasury / Entity reporting / Government reporting / Accounting of stock options, etc., Responsibility to interface on new projects / transitions Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and present information at a management level Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision Challenge current practice and suggest new ways of working, value:added ideas/ approaches Ability to work in a team: based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels Should have good and clear accounting knowledge and concepts Working knowledge of Accounts reconciliation / Journals / Bank clearing Proficient in the operation of SAP / Blackline / OneStream / Smart View / Advanced MS Excel and Basic Marcos (an advantage) Knowledge of Accounting standards, USGAAP/IFRS : an advantage.
