Summary The SAFe Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Agile teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This role involves facilitating SAFe ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The Advisor will also provide strategic insights and mentorship to other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners within the organization. What were looking for stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. : Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification. : Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in a senior role. : Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP. : Proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring Agile teams. : Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. : Strong analytical and problem:solving abilities. : Experience with Agile project management tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps) and others. : Experience with scaling Agile practices in large organizations. : Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. : Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical practices.
