Job Summary We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to enhance our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM. You will develop Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows, build scalable solutions, and automate interactions with Einstein Bots. Work closely with IT and stakeholders in a fast:paced environment. Note: It's a fully remote home:based role for professionally qualified and experienced candidates based in India, who are willing and open to work UK shifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Salesforce Development: Build and customize Apex, LWC and Flows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM. - Automation and Workflows: Implement complex flows, custom objects, validation rules and trigger:based automation. - Apttus CPQ Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Apttus CPQ to enhance quoting efficiency and integrate Apttus CPQ with other modules. - Integrations: Develop basic integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs. - Einstein Bots: Implement and support Salesforce Einstein Bots and Enhanced Bots for automated customer interactions. - Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Apttus, ensuring platform stability. - Collaboration and Best Practices: Work with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to optimize system functionality. - Documentation and Agile Development: Maintain technical documentation, process flows, user stories, and contribute to Agile cycles. - Testing and Code Reviews: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to maintain high:quality standards. - Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce security models, APIs, CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git), and data migration techniques. QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred - Experience: 3 to 5 years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM, Pardot/Einstein, Live Agent and Integrations. - Technical Expertise: Hands:on experience with Apttus CPQ and CLM and a deep understanding of Quoting, Opportunity Management and Order Management processes. - Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I and (JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus). - Development and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and Salesforce design patterns and testing frameworks, with strong problem:solving and debugging skills. - Agile and Collaboration: Experience in Agile environments with excellent communication, teamwork and business acumen to develop effective solutions.
