stylelist:style:type:square: : The Network Security Specialist would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers' network security environment. : Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment. : Configure FW rules in Palo Alto and append the security profiles. : Hands on experience with the security profiles. : Update signatures on Palo Alto, FTD and other FW operations tasks. : Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers : Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment : Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure. : Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met. : Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation. : Provide resolution plans for device issues. : Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
