How Youll Help Us Connect the World : Lead Technical Initiatives: Own the design and development of complex features and system components. Report progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders. Qualifications: : Education: BE in Computer Science, Engineering. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. : 7+ years of professional experience in back:end software development. : Proven experience with Go, Python, and Java, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems and frameworks. : Experience with modern software development practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps. : Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS). : Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
