What role you will play in our team We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer to oversee the technical development of software projects and guide a team of developers toward delivering innovative, scalable, and robust solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands:on senior team member who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills. Candidate will be part of Wells Digital team to develop new and support existing applications for the Wells business in ExxonMobil What you will do :Closely work with a team of developers, leading every initiative. Close collaboration with Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Architects. Work closely with Lead Devs to the design, architecture, and implementation of high:quality solutions. :Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements. :Plan, estimate, and manage development schedules to meet project deadlines. :Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner. Expected to balance hands:on development with strategic planning. :Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration. About You Skills and Qualifications :Bachelor's degree or master's degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines. :Minimum of 6 years of Software development experience :Minimum of 2 years' experience in front:end development using Angular/React framework :Minimum of 2 years' experience with JavaScript or Typescript Language :Minimum of 2 years' experience in back:end development using ASP.NET Core (Web Apps, APIs) :Minimum of 2 years' experience with .NET :Minimum of 2 years' experience in cloud development using Microsoft Azure :Must have experience with Git and CI/CD Pipeline configuration using ADO or GitHub :Good to have experience with Modern Application Authentication and Authorization using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) :
