Description You are a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise and hands:on experience in LWC and Aura, adept at tackling complex challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior Principal, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforces technical landscape, including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and leading the execution of hands:on technical implementations. Responsibilities Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with stakeholders and development team to translate requirements into high:quality, scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates. Lead the end:to:end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including: : Developing custom solutions and integrations tailored to business needs : Offering hands:on, expert:level support to developers in resolving technical challenges : Designing and overseeing the execution of test plans to ensure high:quality solutions : Demonstrating technical thought leadership in all aspects of Salesforce architecture : Applying advanced Apex programming expertise, including core design patterns, bulk processing, trigger management, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing : Utilizing advanced front:end programming skills in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Required Experience and Skills : BS in Computer Science or related field is required. : Minimum 8years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce solutions : Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Semiconductor industry : Good understanding of Channel Management functions such as Ship and Debit : Excellent written and oral communication skills : Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred. : Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI is preferred Desired Experience and Skills Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
