Lead establishment of team best practices Lead technical strategy Technical point of contact for the engineering team Client communication Managing a team of 3 or more developers Developing talent on your team  Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience working in web technologies 4+ years of experience working with React 4+ years delivering quality front-end code without oversight 4+ years querying SQL Databases Ability to set up infrastructure, with help, in a cloud environment 1+ years of experience leading a team of at least 2 developers Comfortable consuming REST or GraphQL APIs Detailed knowledge of git Comfortable working in scrum teams Strong verbal communication skills Lifelong Learner.
