**About The Role: ** We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Engineer who will ensure that the ERP software meets business requirements and adheres to the highest quality standards. You will validate end-to-end testing of ERP modules, ensuring that workflows, transactions, and data flows alignwith both technical and functional requirements  **Key Responsibilities: ** Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test plans for ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement)  Partner with business users, functional consultants, and developers to validate end-to-end ERP workflows.  Ensure test automation adoption to improve efficiency and accuracy.  Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to align QA processes with CI/CD pipelines.  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.  **Skills and Qualifications Preferred: ** Min of 7+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in ERP testing and automation Expertise in ERP platforms such as Oracle (Preferred), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics  Strong understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, and data management.  Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UiPath)  CI/CD&DevOps– Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes to integrate QA in Agile delivery.  Test Management Tools – Hands-on with JIRA, ALM, TestRail, Xray, or similar **Who we are:** At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine throughlearning.
