Project Overview: Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi:billion:dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. This position will start as an assignment in Mumbai, India (office) prior to the receipt of the full notice to proceed from the Owner and will eventually transition to the job site for the EPC execution of the project. Job Summary: Responsible for the organization and activities relating to temporary construction facilities, utilities, including liaison with relevant stakeholders. Interprets temporary design drawings and specifications. Establishes the temporary facility program including methods, testing and performance requirements. Job Dimensions: Supervision Received : Receives technical and operational guidance from Project Field Engineer or other assigned supervising manager. Supervision Exercised : Provides technical and administrative direction to temporary facility contractors. Contacts : Jobsite contacts are with jobsite personnel including subcontractors, design team and operating personnel to coordinate temporary facility activities. Major Responsibilities: : Establishes requirements for temporary utilities and facilities and develops a preliminary plan for project temporary utilities and facilities across all areas of the jobsite. : Ensures that jobsite roads, bridges, paths, scaffolding, jobsite offices, satellite cabins, stores and warehouses, toilets, canteens etc. are considered in the plan including adequate safety measures and controls. : Ensures that
